Biggs in historic downtown Dover, Delaware, with the mission to promote understanding and appreciation of the arts and culture of Delaware and the region. WmWm Located at 406 Federal Street on Dover's Legislative Mall, the museum houses one of the finest collections of American fine and decorative arts, with an impressive collection that has something for everyone's taste. The Biggs Museum is distinguished as hosting the only collection of American material devoted specifically to Delaware and the mid-Atlantic states.
