Stitchers

Brunilda Rodriguez is an embroiderer on the New Jersey tapestry panel. A resident of Blackwood, she has been stitching for over 30 years. A self taught embroiderer, Brunilda has practiced beading, cross stitch, quilting, including piecework and appliqué, and crochet. While working on the panel, Brunilda has utilized satin stitch, back stitch, amongst others. She became interested in working on the project after learning about America's Tapestry through her local Embroiderers' Guild of America Chapter.
