National Endowment For The Arts
Gold
Established in 1965 by Congress, the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) is an independent federal agency and is the largest funder of the arts and arts education across the USA. It is the only arts funder in the country that provides access to the arts in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. The NEA's work reaches communities of all sizes utilizing their network of arts practitioners and arts-oriented organizations.
Through its principal grant program, Grants for Arts Projects, the NEA supports artistic production across a wide range of disciplines with a commitment to reaching underserved communities and fostering creative inquiry.
